These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Maxalo Wedding Vows services 1 on 1 coaching, provided by Maxalo . By engaging our Service, you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Service Scope
Maxalo Wedding Vows provides custom-written, curated, or template-based wedding vows and related creative writing support.
Services may include consultations, drafts, revisions, and delivery in digital or printed format, as agreed with the Client.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client must provide accurate personal details, relationship information, and preferences to help us craft meaningful vows.
The Client is responsible for reviewing drafts and providing timely feedback.
The Client guarantees that all personal information provided does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
3. Payment & Fees
Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) must be made prior to commencement of services.
All fees are non-refundable once the Service has been delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of service.
4. Revisions & Delivery
Clients are entitled to up to 1 revisions, provided they are requested within 1 of delivery.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Delivery timelines will be communicated clearly; however, Maxalo is not liable for delays caused by the Client’s late responses.
5. Intellectual Property
Drafts and materials created remain the intellectual property of Maxalo until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted exclusive personal use rights to the final vows.
The vows may not be resold, redistributed, or published for commercial use without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Maxalo will treat all shared personal information with strict confidentiality.
We will not disclose details of the vows or Client information to third parties, unless required by law or with explicit consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maxalo is not responsible for how the vows are delivered, received, or interpreted during ceremonies.
We do not guarantee emotional impact, audience reception, or marital success.
Our liability is limited to the total fee paid for the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the law of Belgium
Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dendermonde
